Ordering and pickup
Can I eat at your place?
Not today. Our kitchen is attached directly to the production, and there are no seats there. Pickup and delivery are possible. A restaurant in Mannheim is planned.
Where can I pick up?
Hallesche Straße 8, 68309 Mannheim, right at the production. You can order ahead or simply come by.
How long does it take?
For pickup, usually five to ten minutes, even for larger orders. For delivery, the ordering process shows you the current time — it depends on the distance and on how busy the kitchen is right now.
Can I pre-order for a specific time?
Yes, up to seven days in advance.
Can I leave something out?
Yes. Beyond the choices in the order, just write it in the comment field — "no walnuts" on the Melted Heart, for example. If you have an allergy, please also check the ingredient list, because some ingredients are fixed in the dish and can't be left out.
How can I pay?
PayPal, card, or cash on pickup.
I need food for a lot of people. Is that possible?
Yes. From about eight to ten portions, one to two hours' notice helps us get everything ready together and on time. There's room above that — we've delivered bigger orders before.
How does the food arrive?
Every layer packed separately — the yogurt is cold, the Manti are hot, and both should reach you that way.

What is Manti?
Small filled dumplings from Turkish cuisine. Onto the cooked dumplings goes yogurt, then tomato sauce, then the spices. Where they come from, how the dough is made and why size is a statement is explained in detail on the know-how page.
Is Manti Turkish ravioli?
No. Manti is related to ravioli, tortellini, gyoza, pierogi and pelmeni, but the difference isn't in the filling — it's in what goes on top.
Do you have vegan dishes?
