- How we chose them
We fried several kinds from different producers side by side and tasted them until one was left. The crunch decided: this one stays crisp while others are already giving in — and that's exactly what fries are about.
- How we prepare them
Fried when you order, in our meat-free fryer. Hot from the oil, salted, done — with fries, everything else is decoration.
- What comes with it
One portion each of ketchup and mayonnaise, packed separately. If you don't want one of them, say so in the order comment. If you're hungrier, take the large size.
